Triduum
The Triduum is the three-day liturgical season that celebrates the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus.
The Easter Triduum of the Passion and Resurrection of the Lord is the culmination of the entire liturgical year (CCC 1168). It begins with the evening Mass of the Lord's Supper on Holy Thursday and ends with evening prayer on Easter Sunday (CCC 1168-1169).
The Heart of our Faith
