Heaven
Heaven is the state of supreme and definitive happiness, the perfect life with the Most Holy Trinity and all the blessed.
Heaven is the ultimate end and fulfillment of the deepest human longings, the state of supreme, definitive happiness (CCC 1024). To live in heaven is 'to be with Christ' (CCC 1025).
The Beatific Vision
The blessed in heaven see God 'face to face,' as He is (CCC 1023). This contemplation is called the Beatific Vision (CCC 1028).
